ADMISSION INTERVIEW & SCREENING NOTICE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Dr. John Adah College of Health Technology, Otukpo wishes to inform all prospective applicants that the Interview and Screening Test for admission into the 2026/2027 Academic Session has been scheduled as follows:

Admission and Sales of Forms for 2026/2027 Academic Session
The Dr. John Adah College of Health Science and Technology, Otukpo, is pleased to announce the commencement of the admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Key Details:
1. Sales of Admission Forms:
– The sale of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session has begun.
– Interested candidates can obtain the forms at the school.
– The application fee is 5000.00 naira only, excluding bank charges.
– Forms can be purchased from registrar office.
2. Admission Requirements:
– Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level (O/L) credits in relevant subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two sittings.
– Eligible applicants must be 15 years and above.
3. Method of Application:
– Application forms can be obtained online via the college’s portal.
– Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment and complete the application form within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Screening of Applicants:
– All candidates who have applied for admission will be required to undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at a date to be announced later.
Resumption Date for New Students:
– New Resumption Date: The resumption date for new students for the 2026/2027 academic session will be announced on this page.
– Registration and Payment :New students are allowed to make at least a part payment of school charges before the resumption date. Note that all fresher are advised to enter the hostel with a mandatory payment.
